As we continue with our reading from the section Psychotherapy, Purpose, Process and Practice from A Course in Miracles we're beginning to understand that something good must come from every meeting of patient and therapist.
“How could any limitation be laid on an interaction in which everyone is both patient and therapist in every relationship in which he enters”.
I look forward to our upcoming session where we can delve deeper into this topic. Together we come to know the Truth “God is said to have looked on all He created and pronounced it good. No, He declared it perfect, and so it was. And since His creations do not change and last forever, so it is now”.

“A holy therapist, an advanced teacher of God, never forgets one thing; he did not make the curriculum of salvation, nor did he establish his part in it. ²He understands that his part is necessary to the whole, and that through it he will recognise the whole when his part is complete."

As we continue with our reading from the section Psychotherapy, Purpose, Process and Practice from A Course in Miracles we recognise that each of us in the process of healing.   Whether you go to someone for help, or they come to you for help, both are in the process of healing!
I am what came out of the Mind of God and since God is not sick, I, as an inheritor of God’s light cannot be sick either….and neither can my ‘brother’
Lesson 136 - Sickness is a defence against the Truth.  No one can heal unless he understands what sickness seems to serve….being causeless and without a meaningful intent of any kind, it cannot be at all. 
Here are a couple of simple questions to ask yourself if you are dealing with any form of sickness 
Am I using this sickness to avoid looking at a deeper problem?
What might I be trying to prove to myself or someone else by having these symptoms?
In this session, you're invited to be your own psychotherapist by answering the deeper questions being asked to uncover your internal attitudes that are the root cause of your symptoms.  
And lastly, I refer to lesson 23 where we are told by the master himself that “I can escape from the world I see by giving up attack thoughts”.

As we continue with our reading from the section Psychotherapy, Purpose, Process and Practice from A Course in Miracles we read from The Process of Illness, section IV “As all therapy is psychotherapy, so all illness is mental illness.”
In our upcoming session, we’ll take a closer look at the responsibility of the psychotherapist to forgive. Once God’s Son is seen as guilty, illness becomes inevitable because healing can only occur when complete and total forgiveness is present.  
The final goal of psychotherapy is that the therapist sees in the patient all that he has not forgiven in himself, and is thus given another chance to look at it.  
“No one is healed alone.  This is the joyous song Salvation sings to all who hear its voice. This statement cannot be too often remembered by all who see themselves as therapists”

As we continue with our reading from the section Psychotherapy, Purpose, Process and Practice from A Course in Miracles we are reminded that all blocks to the remembrance of God are forms of unforgiveness, and nothing else.
No one who learns to forgive can fail to remember God.
“To be a teacher of God, it is not necessary to be religious or even to believe in God to any recognisable extent. ²It is necessary, however, to teach forgiveness rather than condemnation” 
As a teacher of God, you are serving the office of the Christ!  What a gift it is to realise that everyone who is sent to you is a patient of yours.  And that no one comes to you by mistake, as there are no errors in Gods plan.  
Therefore, relationships are still the temple of the Holy Spirit and they will be made perfect in time and restored to eternity. Throughout the Course, we are gently reminded that each of us holds a mirror for one another, serving as bearers of essential information required for our spiritual growth and ultimate Ascension. As a result, the only indebtedness we owe a brother is gratitude!
You were lost in the darkness of the world until you asked for light. And then God sent that person who ‘rocks your world’ to give it to you.  Have you accepted the fact that the separation is an illusion?
